Meet the Staff at Foreign Affairs

Front Office
	Jeff Hofslund - Owner.
	Karl - Service Writer. In addition to writing up service orders, Karl is the guy to see for tire purchases. In his off hours he plays guitar, and in the winter months he enjoys snowboarding. Karl is a Psychology major at UMD. He joined the staff at FA in 2004.
	Phil - Business Manager. Phil does the bookkeeping and accounting work necessary to running a business the size of FA. He was hired full-time in 2000. He lives south of Duluth with his wife, Joan, and five cats.

Technicians
	Greg - Greg has been with Foreign Affairs since 1993 and is a Saab and Volvo specialist. He is also the computer IT guy.
	Steve - Steve's specialty is quick service: oil changes, tires, brakes, lights, whatever can be accomplished quickly to free the other techs for more in-depth tasks. He has been a part of the FA family since 1995.
	Brian - After 17 years at a local dealership, Brian decided to make the move to FA in 2004.
	Chuck - A recent addition to the staff, Chuck joined the ranks at FA in 2006. He has been an auto tech for over 20 years, specializing in suspension work.
	Darren - Darren is the Tech Assistant, giving an additional hand where needed, doing tire and wheel service, and chasing parts if necessary.

Parts
	Mark - Mark had over 15 years working in the automotive industry in the Duluth/Superior area before taking the position of Parts Manager at FA in 2001.
